Career

Before bcoming a sole practitioner and establishing the firm §yndēresis legal, Blas was Of Counsel at SAMANIEGO Law (2017-2021) and an associate lawyer in the IT & Dispute Resolution department of the Bird&Bird’s Spanish office (2008-2017).

Blas has a degree in Law and International Relations from the Comillas Pontifical University (UPCO-ICADE) and an Official Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from the same university. He has completed the Best Practices in Negotiation and Civil and Commercial Mediation practice-based training by the Fundación Notarial Signum, as well as Legal Argumentation by the Distance Education National University (UNED).

Blas is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). He is an arbitrator for the Spanish Court of Arbitration (CEA) and the ICAM Court of Arbitration, accredited mediator by the Ministry of Justice, and an associate of the Court of Arbitration and the Mediation Center of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. Blas is a professor at various institutions and is pursuing a Doctorate with a thesis in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
